Visual Designer

Job description Your Role You are expected to represent depth in the craft of visual designas an individual contributor, as a mentor and guide for more junior colleagues You will have opportunities to lead small teams on projects and will be leading client conversations within your domain, providing articulate recommendations and helping guide client choices. You should be able to translate brand principles, themes, and moods into strategic frameworks for visual expressions and create scalable design language systems for typography, colour, components, and layouts. You will work closely with a wide range of people across discipline and business to understand and interpret requirements, identify opportunities areas You will also be working closely with Product owners, UX designers and developers to ensure quality of the experience Your Profile 3+ years of professional visual design experience Demonstrable experience working as a visual/UI designer on digital products and services with a strong portfolio demonstrating your meticulous attention to details Strong presentation and storytelling skills with an ability to articulate requirements properly and clearly communicate across various stakeholders with diverse background Proficiency with contemporary design and prototyping tools (including but not limited to Figma, Sketch and Adobe CC) Experience of working in an Agile/Scrum environment with a focus on fast-paced delivery Equal Opportunities at frog Frog and Capgemini Invent are Equal Opportunity Employers encouraging diversity in the workplace.
