Technical Lead

Job description The ideal candidate should have 6-8 years of exclusive hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors RCM/ONB/RMK . The candidate should have worked on implementation and maintenance of this module across countries, preferably in mid/large size organization You will Investigate, analyze, and resolve technical problems and develop effective solutions. Collaborate strongly with (technical/functional) Product Owners to define business requirements and conduct gap analysis to ensure alignment with SF-RCM capabilities. Configure and maintain recruitment workflows, permission settings, candidate management, and system integration activities. Train end-users on the effective use of SuccessFactors RCM, ONB, and RMK modules to ensure maximum utilization and adoption. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines. High flexibility and willingness to deal with complex / multiple needs. Keep up-to-date with the latest SuccessFactors releases, enhancements, and industry trends related to talent acquisition. Your skills Active/valid certified RCM/ONB/RMK professional Must be B.Tech/BE/MCA graduates. 6-8 years experience in SuccessFactors RCM/ONB/RMK is a must. Collaboration and entrepreneurial mindset Adaptability and ability to manage complex and diverse client needs. Independent, responsible, and meticulous work ethic with a high degree of initiative. Culturally sensitive with the ability to thrive in a multinational project environment. Prior experience in Europe and/or agile methodologies a plus. SuccessFactors consulting experience is mandatory. Minimum of 2 Full Life-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors, from planning to configuration through go-live. Experience working with international clients at onsite locations. Candidates should have in-depth knowledge in HR processes.
