Job description Automation Engineer Skills Needed- Total 12+ years of experience in IT industry with exposure to software Testing, development and maintenance of automation test suite, knowledge and hand-on experience in implementing test automation frameworks Hand-on experience in Test standards and procedures, and testing non-functional requirements Experience of working in agile teams Communication skills, analytical skills, problem-solving attitude and team player Possessing relevant toolset knowledge (JIRA, Confluence, PostMan etc) Ability to synthesize, visualize and communicate ideas to others, to explain complex topic in simple terms Engineering degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Computer-Science or Software Engineering (or equivalent) Must have skills- Technical Skills Automation Tool/Framework like Cucumber, Selenium, Load Runner, Jmeter Knowledge of : REST, JSON, XML Programming: VB Script, Java, Python, APIs Query/Scripting: SQL basics, shell script Middleware: IBM MQ, Active MQ, JMS Tools: PostMan, Jira, Confluence, Git, Maven, Artifactory, HP ALM Domain/Functional Skills Must have: Payment Industry overview, MT/MX messaging Agile & Testing Methodologies DevOps working ways Stakeholder Management Nice to have skills- Dev Ops: Jenkins, Team City, u-Deploy, Ansible Middleware: Kafka Container: Docker, Kubernetes, any cloud platform Role: Automation Test Engineer Industry Type: Software Product Department: Engineering - Software & QA Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Quality Assurance and Testing Education UG: Any Graduate PG: Any Postgraduate Key Skills Skills highlighted with ‘‘ are preferred keyskills JavaSDETSeleniumQuality Assurance EngineeringCucumber
