Candidates must possess a strong analytical ability, sense of urgency with an ability to work in a team environment, maintaining excellent organizational, communication and well versed with tools and technology. Essential Job Functions: • Develop and Publish various business reports based on MS Excel, VBA, PowerPoint including but not limited to Performance, Incentive, and billing • Automate all periodic reports • Good understanding of Work Force Management and Performance Measurement • Ability to represent complex business problems in simple reports using visual representations • Partner with leadership group and track the objectives to closure • Manage work schedules, overtime and labor cost to achieve departmental budget plan • Ensure trends are provided to Operations Manager for implementation of job aids, training tool updates, etc. Requirements: • Proficient in VBA and Advanced MS Excel • Strong analytical , interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work in a flexible and production oriented 24*7 work environment • Must be able to work in a challenging environment with focus on a high-level of customer service • Knowledge of MS Access will be a plus • Exposure to banking industry will be a plusRole & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Role:Business Analyst Salary: 2-3 Lacs P.A.
