Job description Job Objective Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Functional Consultant / Techno functional as well preferred will be part of CXE (Customer Experience & Engagement) Team. He/she will participate in Client meetings, Requirement gatherings, Solutions design, Technical Design Documentation, Training, Building Proof of Concept and Pre-Sales This individual plays a key role in designing & developing solutions based on D365 CRM/CE & Power platform as per customer requirements. Required Qualifications Bachelors or masters degree in computer science/engineering/mathematics or equivalent. 6 to 12 years of Functional or Techno functional experience in Dynamics CRM 2013/2015/2016/D365 CE. Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE stack & Power Platform. Preferred Qualifications - Must Haves Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements related to Dynamics 365 CE implementation and enhancements. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design 365 CE solutions that align with best practices. Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CE applications, forms, workflows, actions and plugins to meet business needs. Strong knowledge of Power Platform including Power Pages Strong Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops and Pipelines Perform data migrations and integrations with other systems, ensuring data integrity and security. Conduct system testing, deployment, and support activities throughout the project lifecycle. Provide guidance and support to team members and end-users on Dynamics 365 CE functionality and best practices. Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 CE features, updates, and industry trends to recommend improvements and enhancements. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver successful 365 CE projects on time and within budget. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels. Nice to Haves Latest Certifications in D365 CE. Experience of working with Field Service and PSA/Project Operations modules Experience of working with Dual Write or Data integrator (D365 CE to D365 F/O or AX integrations) Experience in Azure Web Apps. Experience in Logic Apps.
