Job description Job Description/Responsibilities (Give Details) 1. Identify risk and prepare a mitigation plan to overcome risk by evaluating the Compliance of Policies. 2. Investigate irregularities and non-compliance issues. Draft and implement new Policies in the company according to the law, and revise company policies as required. 3. Coordinate with all departments to meet the deadlines. 4. Perform risk assessments and compliance audits to identify potential issues. 5. Give Training, educate employees regarding important policies of the company, and raise awareness on compliance aspects. 6. Enhance the Compliance knowledge of other Compliance officers by conducting Compliance tests. Behavioral & Functional Competency: Good Communication & Drafting skills.
