Patient Counsellor (CK Birla and Apex hospital Jaipur)

Job description Key Responsibilities: Stations at a set of pre-defined clinic, hospital, or healthcare center. Could be 2-3 centers/hospitals in a day. Booking slots for product demonstration and visiting patients as per slots. Giving patients basic health tips or giving a presentation on lifestyle modification and then taking them through program pitch. Making the program pitch to the patients and/or caregivers in OPD/CCU/Wards patients. Follow-up with patients who have shown interest in the product for registration and onboarding. Working with the doctors staff and office and maintain a database of patients who have shown interest in the product and patients who have signed-up . Giving timely updates to doctor(s) about their patients information post demonstration as well as post onboarding. Coordinating with doctor(s) about patient camps and awareness sessions if any Coordinating with the company about patient progress, patient requirements and queries in a timely manner. Someone who is willing to walk the extra mile to help patients. B. Pharm/D Pharm/ BSc (Science/Nutrition)/MSW (Master of Social Work) academic background. Healthcare product or service exposure/patient facing exposure will be an additional qualification. Preferable experience as a Coordinator / Counselor / Secretary / Assistant in a Hospital, Diagnostic Lab, Radiology Lab. Must be well versed with basic English and local languages.
