This role is perfect for someone passionate about crafting visually compelling digital experiences and translating creative concepts into responsive, high-performance websites. You will primarily collaborate with the Marketing team to create marketing-focused web pages, microsites, and graphics, while also supporting cross-functional digital design initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites that align with marketing strategies and goals. Collaborate with the marketing team to build landing pages, microsites, and campaign-specific digital assets. Translate creative visual designs into functional web experiences using WordPress. Design graphics, icons, and other visual elements using tools like Figma and Adobe Illustrator. Apply UI/UX best practices to enhance user experience and customer engagement. Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness. Provide web and design support for other internal teams when required. Must-Have Skills: Proven experience in WordPress-based Web Development. Strong proficiency in Graphic Design using Figma, Canva, or Adobe Illustrator. Portfolio showcasing web design and development work. Good-to-Have Skills: Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern front-end practices. Exposure to UI/UX design workflows and tools. Familiarity with SEO optimization techniques for web development. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
