Job description Role & responsibilities Lead engineering execution across product verticals, ensuring alignment with client/government mandates, SLAs, and business goals. Architect scalable, modular, and high-performance web/mobile platforms for varying network conditions. Define and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and secure coding principles. Manage cloud infrastructure, deployment reliability, and cloud-native optimization (AWS, Azure, GCP). Translate RFPs/RFQs into actionable technical plans, sprint roadmaps, and timelines. Collaborate with leadership, product managers, DevOps, and UI/UX teams for quality delivery. Drive hiring, mentorship, and performance management, fostering a high-performance culture. Support client solutioning, ensuring compliance and smooth integration with third-party systems. Ensure compliance with standards, data governance, and quality benchmarks. Technical Requirements 10+ years of engineering experience, with 3-4 years in leadership roles. Expertise in backend (Node.js, Python, Java) and frontend (React, Angular, Vue) frameworks. Strong knowledge of system design, distributed computing, REST APIs, message queues, and microservices. Hands-on experience with DevOps tools: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, monitoring, and logging. Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Git, Jenkins, Postman, Swagger, and load testing platforms. Deep knowledge of IT security, data privacy, and cloud security standards. Familiarity with Indian government data standards (MeitY, Aadhaar, DigiLocker APIs) is a plus. Leverage AI/ML to build predictive models, automate workflows, and enable data-driven decision-making across platforms. Architect and oversee high-performance cross-platform mobile apps, ensuring responsiveness, offline support, API efficiency, and seamless backend and native integration. Preferred candidate profile B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Prior experience in government-backed digital transformation in the sports domain. Certifications in cloud architecture, Agile/Scrum, or enterprise architecture are a plus. Experience working in a product-centric organization is preferred.
