Technical Engineer (Male)

Job description Roles & Responsibilities Review and verify the accuracy of technical details in product packaging, brochures, catalogues, and content related to new product arrivals. Ensure consistency and correctness in specifications, features, and compatibility information across all types of technical and marketing materials. Create, update, and maintain various technical documents including user manuals, installation guides, quick start guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides. Ensure all documentation is clear, user-friendly, and aligned with product functionality and company standards. Conduct hands-on testing and evaluation of New Product Introductions (NPIs) and shipment samples to validate technical specifications and performance benchmarks. Identify and document discrepancies or issues in product performance and relay findings to relevant departments. Generate detailed test reports and user guides, ensuring timely submission and proper formatting. Stay up to date with current trends and technologies in electronics, audio systems, IT products, smart devices, and IoT applications. Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to ensure accurate communication of technical features and capabilities. Assist quality assurance teams by verifying product standards and providing constructive feedback for improvements. Provide internal support and knowledge sharing across teams related to product specifications, technical queries, and documentation processes. Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills for clear interaction with cross-functional teams and to create accessible content. Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidate should have strong written and verbal communication. Candidate should have an undergraduate degree in engineering or any other technical field. Candidate should be proficient in English (mandatory), Hindi & Tamil.
