Job description The Bancassurance Department within Axis Max Life Insurance plays a critical role in driving the distribution of life insurance products through our strategic partnership with Yes Bank. This department leverages Yes Bank s existing customer base and infrastructure to offer insurance solutions. Bancassurance Department serves as a bridge between Axis Max Life Insurance Company and Yes Bank, ensuring that insurance products are effectively marketed and sold to a wide customer base, while maintaining high standards of customer service, compliance, and performance. Below is a summary of the key functions typically performed by the Bancassurance Department Sales and Distribution Management Customer Relationship Management Compliance and Regulatory Oversight Job Summary This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting key data that supports decision-making and operational efficiency within the assigned span. The incumbent will work closely with various departments to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of management reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. The insights will help in identifying trends, improving processes, and driving business growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for Generating Preparing Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS Reports. Report on operational metrics, conduct data and business analysis, and present a summary of findings to management in a clear, concise, convincing, and actionable format. Develop an MIS system for customer management and internal communication. Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed. Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team. Establish a strong relationship with Team Managers and management through a demonstration of industry knowledge and of the business issues at hand.
