Job description Role & responsibilities Lead design, architecture, and development of scalable full-stack applications using Node.js and Python Drive end-to-end delivery of Gen AI features, including integrating OpenAI APIs, designing RAG pipelines, and applying prompt engineering Architect and implement chatbot platforms and conversational flows using third-party tools or custom frameworks Mentor and guide junior/mid-level developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical discussions Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, AI/ML, product) to align technology with business goals Build robust APIs and data processing layers for backend systems, ensuring performance and reliability Contribute hands-on to UI development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks Enforce best practices in coding, testing, and agile delivery Manage technical risks, escalate issues early, and drive resolution in coordination with stakeholders Preferred candidate proFILE 8+ years of experience in full stack development with Node.js, Python, and web technologies Proven experience in building and scaling chatbots and Gen AI applications on Azure.
