Telecalling Executive

Job description Roles and Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients. Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, telemarketing, and lead generation techniques. Provide excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers over phone calls. Meet daily/weekly targets set by management while maintaining a high level of accuracy in data entry. Desired Candidate Profile 2-4 years of experience in telecalling or related field (BPO/Call Centre). Excellent communication skills with ability to handle objections and close deals. Strong sales and marketing knowledge with understanding of BFSI industry preferred. Proficiency in using computer software applications such as CRM systems for tracking customer interactions.
