Job description We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and experienced Domestic Manager / House Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a private household. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical systems, general maintenance, and home security, ensuring that the residence operates smoothly and efficiently at all times. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all aspects of household operations, including maintenance, cleanliness, and scheduling of services. Perform basic repairs in plumbing, electrical systems, and general home maintenance as needed. Monitor and maintain home security systems; coordinate with security staff or services if required. Oversee external service providers (e.g., electricians, plumbers, gardeners) and ensure work is completed to high standards. Ensure all household systems (HVAC, lighting, water, appliances) are functioning optimally. Maintain detailed records of maintenance schedules, service visits, and vendor contacts.
