Patient Counsellor (Aesthetic Clinic)

Job description Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic female candidate for Patient Counselor who can confidently counsel on call, handle walk-in, inquiry patients, explain aesthetic treatment packages, and close deals effectively. Key Responsibilities: Greet and consult walk-in patients, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable treatment plans. Explain procedures, benefits, and pricing of aesthetic packages (e.g., laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, body contouring, etc.). Build trust and rapport with clients to influence package conversion. Follow up with leads generated via social media, phone, or website inquiries. Maintain client records and update status in the CRM system. Coordinate with doctors and therapists for seamless treatment delivery. Meet monthly package sales targets and contribute to clinic revenue growth. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 15 years of experience in patient counseling, preferably in aesthetics clinic. Strong communication, persuasion, and customer-handling skills Goal-oriented, confident, and pleasing personality.
