Job description Role & responsibilities 1. To ensure timely completion of all campaign changeovers & campaign modifications Smooth campaign changeover by in time plant modifications and equipment availability 2. Safety incidents Ensure safety permit system implementation for day-to-day jobs. Ensure proper uses of PPE. Points out any unsafe conditions to Management. Provide the automation and safety interlock whenever required 3. Ensuring safe & timely completion of Modifications and up-gradations SCB Plants To indent material as per design basis, follow up and inspect to ensure quality. Day to day man power and material planning. Comparing the actual progress with the Gantt chart and accordingly take actions. 4. Resource Planning Time to time review of critical spares and ensure availability. Optimize the spares by grouping. Shift schedule and manpower planning on day to day and job priority basis.
