Job description * Counseling for Student recruitment in the Medical field in international university * Provide guidance that facilitates students' professional success through outbound and inbound calling. * Experience in counseling of Sr. Medical professionals / Paramedical professionals * Manage and update the CRM system. * Achieve sales targets through effective counseling and recruitment strategies. * Prepare and submit regular reports to the Team Leader, detailing progress, challenges, and achievements. * Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies for improvement.
