Job description Company: Lisec Automation Middle East FZ-LLC Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (permanent) Interview Process: Online written test followed by telephonic interviews. In our efforts to expand our team in Dubai, We are looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer with 3 to 6 years' experience to join our engineering team. You will be working with our engineers to manage Azure-based solutions as part of a strategic digital transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will be skilled in orchestrating cloud resources to enhance operational efficiency and ensure the scalability and security of our systems. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain scalable Azure cloud resources. Manage Azure components such as App Services, Functions, and Azure Front Door. Deploy and oversee Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for container orchestration. Implement Azure Load Balancer and Web Application Firewall (WAF) to ensure high availability and security. Develop and maintain AKS deployment pipelines using Flux. Secure application secrets using Azure Key Vault. Manage Azure resources and networking through Terraform. Qualifications 3-6 years of experience in cloud infrastructure and backend development. Demonstrable experience with Azure cloud services. Deep understanding of Azure security and compliance measures. Proficient in managing AKS deployments with Terraform and Flux. Skilled in deploying and managing Azure Kubernetes Services. Experience in configuring and managing Azure IoT solutions. Knowledgeable in Azure network configurations including Load Balancers and WAF. Ability to implement and monitor cloud-native applications using Datadog. Strong practical knowledge of cost optimization in Azure. Experience in scripting with PowerShell or Azure CLI for automation. Effective problem-solving skills in a cloud environment. Familiarity with secure handling of keys and secrets using Azure Key Vault. Proficient in data backup and disaster recovery strategies. Strong collaborative skills to work with cross-functional teams. Technical proficiency in network security and data protection. Proficiency in managing databases with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), CosmosDB and MongoDB Atlas. Ability to document processes and provide systems support. Knowledge of current and emerging Azure technologies. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
