Job description Job Title: Industrial Automation & Control Engineer / PLC Programmer BE / Diploma Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics 1-4 Years of experience Location: Bangalore Job Summary: Industrial Automation & Control Engineer designs, maintains, and troubleshoots pumping stations that use programmable logic controllers. The PLC Programmer must be able to identify and provide reliable solutions for all technical issues to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the process. The PLC Programmer must be able to meet project timelines and could travel to maintain and upgrade software and hardware for customers in facilities. Desired Skills: Excellent knowledge of Industrial Automation & Control Engineering. Experience in designing, developing, and implementing control programs for automated systems using PLC devices from GE, ABB, Siemens, and Rockwell Automation. Experience in configuring PLC hardware and software, including input/output (I/O) modules, communication interfaces, and human-machine interfaces (HMIs). Knowledge of Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) procedures and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) procedures. Familiarity with Panel GA Drawings and Panel Wiring Diagrams. Onsite experience in commissioning and debugging control systems.
