Must be able to understadn the cusotmer drawings and must have worked in preesing shop and tool room. 6. Compile and analyses production records 7. Provide training to new workers. 8. Evaluate the condition of production equipment. 9. Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvement. 10. Maintain discipline and motivate employees. Profile : - 1.
