Job description Oversee and maintain farm activities related to GOT (Grow-Out Test) operations. Ensure proper crop maintenance and timely field activities. Efficiently arrange and manage farm labour. Maintain accurate documentation of all GOT-related activities. Utilize computer skills for reporting and record-keeping. Willingness to travel to remote field locations. Mandatory Requirements: Proficiency in Odia language. Experience with gourd and chilli cultivation. Willing to commit to a 3-year service bond. Must possess a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler.
