NPD Manager – BLDC Technology

Job description 1. BLDC Fan Product Development Lead the end-to-end development of BLDC fan products, from conceptualization to commercialization, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market needs. Oversee the design and optimization of BLDC motor components, focusing on performance, efficiency, and reliability. 2. Technical Expertise Innovation Apply in-depth knowledge of BLDC motor technology to drive innovation in fan designs. Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in BLDC technology to incorporate cutting-edge features into new products. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with electrical and mechanical engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of BLDC motors into fan products. Collaborate with marketing and sales departments to align product features with customer expectations and market trends. 4. Testing Quality Assurance Develop and implement comprehensive testing protocols for BLDC fans, including performance, durability, and safety assessments. Ensure all products comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements. 5. Project Management Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to guide the development of BLDC fan products. Monitor project progress, addressing any deviations to maintain alignment with goals and deadlines. 6. Supplier Vendor Coordination Identify and manage relationships with suppliers of BLDC motor components, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness. Negotiate contracts and oversee procurement processes to support product development needs. 7. Documentation Reporting Maintain thorough documentation of design processes, test results, and product specifications. Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting project milestones, challenges, and solutions.
