Quality Head - FAN

Job description 1. Expertise in manufacturing of Fans, Electric Motor and other home appliances manufacturing. 2. Expertise in Supplier Development and improvement their QMS and processes. 3. Analysis on Field Complaints related to quality and take improvement action plans to reduce FCR and also visit to abroad for Complaint Analysis 4. Establish, maintain, and continuously improve QMS to ensure product consistency and compliance with industry standards. 5. Lead the quality assurance team, setting objectives and priorities to ensure high-quality manufacturing processes. 6. Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to reduce defects and ensure consistent product quality. 7. Ensure that all manufacturing processes comply with national and international standards, as well as company-specific requirements. 8.
