Job description Key Responsibilities Quality Control & Testing: Oversee the testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. This includes conducting stability studies and preparing sample test panels. Address any quality issues or defects and implement corrective actions as necessary Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Technical Data Sheets (TDS), and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for new products. Ensure all documents and records are maintained in accordance with SOPs. Team Management: Lead and mentor the QC team, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Indeed Customer Complaint Analysis: Investigate customer complaints related to product quality, analyze the issues, and suggest corrective and preventive actions. Desired Qualifications & Experience Educational Background: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Diplomas in Chemical Engineering are also considered. Experience: 5 to 15 years of experience in quality control within the construction chemicals industry, particularly in testing and formulating products like tile adhesives, grouts, and waterproofing compounds. Skills: Proficiency in laboratory testing, formulation development, and quality assurance processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
