This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, and operations helping us decode data, uncover insights, and drive smarter decisions across the board. What we re looking for: Strong analytical skills with the ability to work across diverse datasets (product usage, marketing funnels, sales pipelines, operational metrics). Proficient in tools like Excel, Zoho Analytics, BI dashboards, and Salesforce. Able to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for business owners. Understands how different functions interact e.g., how product changes affect sales or how marketing campaigns tie back to user behavior. Tech background with a solid grasp of how digital systems and processes work. Excellent communication skills both in presenting data and collaborating across functions.
