Job description Data Architect We are looking for an experienced Data Architect to join our diverse team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions, leveraging expertise in Gen AI solutions, cloud technologies, and system design to surpass customer expectations. Roles and Responsibilities: Design Development: Create Architectural Concepts and derive technical roadmap in Architecture and related technology fields Devise technical solutions based on the requirements of the application / platform and ensure that software architecture meets the expectations of business. Setup of Continuous Integration and facilitate smooth functioning of DevOps chain Build and analyze large, structured and unstructured databases based on scalable cloud infrastructures Develop prototypes and proof of concepts using multiple data-sources and big-data technologies Cloud Expertise : Develop and deploy applications on leading cloud platforms, ensuring scalability and performance. Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction, contribute to elaborate software requirements and other specifications needed for development tasks Coach and mentor team members regarding software design approach, technology, tools, methods, and various software quality aspects System Integration : Lead efforts in application integration, ensuring seamless interoperability with PLM systems (ex:SAP). Innovation Problem Solving: Propose innovative solutions to complex challenges, staying updated with industry trends. Qualification: BE / B. Tech / ME / M. Tech Experience: 8+ years in data project with at least 2 years as data Architect Desired Knowledge Experience: Good understanding of Data Pipelines, DevOps, and related tools / methods Expertise in Data Analysis, Data Profiling, Data Modelling (ERD, Dimensional), Data Warehouse Design (Kimball, Inmon), Data Lifecycle management, Master Data Management implementation patterns, Data Integration patterns and methods Mastery of technologies involved in data management is required (database management systems, data services, data lakes, etc). Expertise in technologies: Python/JAVA, NO SQL DB, ETL and DWH (Data warehouse) concepts, SQL, Azure DevOPs, Docker, Kubernetes, REST API. Excellent insights into data architectural and design patterns and usage of modeling tools and langauages (Ex: SysML) Expertise in design review, code reviews and integration of software components in large systems Sound knowledge of software engineering processes Hands on experience in Azure Cloud services (Azure data lake, Azure BLOB, Azure AI/ML) Machine Learning Deep Learning: Deep understanding of neural networks, reinforcement learning, and unsupervised learning techniques. Fine-tuning Pre-trained Models: Knowledge of how to fine-tune models on specific datasets for specialized tasks (e.g., NLP, automated text generation, etc.). Model Deployment: Expertise in deploying generative models at scale using tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face. API Development Integration: Ability to develop RESTful APIs using frameworks like Flask, Django, or FastAPI to interface with other applications and services. Event-Driven Architecture: Familiarity with event-driven systems and tools like Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or cloud-native event solutions for ensuring real-time Communication between services. Required Soft skills Other Capabilities: Excellent problem-solving, Decision-making skills and ability to work in a team environment Excellent communication and extensive experience in working with multiple stakeholders across geographies Ability to work independently Self-motivated and self-driven Excellent team player with capabilities to technically lead the team and motivate team-members.
