Job description Job Title: HR Executive Corrugated Industry (Male Candidate Preferred) Location: 198, Integrated Industrial Estate, J Cluster, BHEL Township, Haridwar, Uttarakhand 249403 Industry: Corrugated Packaging / Manufacturing Position Type: Full-time Experience Required: 25 years in a similar manufacturing/industrial setting Reporting To: GM Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible HR Executive (Male) to oversee and manage human resource operations at our corrugated box manufacturing factory. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in handling industrial HR functions including attendance, labor compliance, recruitment, employee engagement, and grievance handling on the shop floor. Key Responsibilities: Maintain daily attendance, leave, and shift records of factory workers. Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of factory employees and support staff. Ensure timely payroll coordination, maintaining salary registers and records. Maintain employee records, personal files, and statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, Bonus, etc.). Implement factory HR policies and support continuous improvement of HR systems and processes. Manage grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution among workers. Liaise with statutory and labor departments to ensure legal compliance. Conduct regular safety, welfare, and training programs for factory staff. Support coordination during audits and inspections. Promote a healthy, safe, and productive work environment. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field. 25 years of experience in HR roles within a factory or industrial setup (preferably in the packaging or corrugated industry). Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Factories Act, etc.). Good communication and interpersonal skills in local language and English/Hindi. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work on-site in a factory environment and manage blue-collar workers effectively.
