Job Title: Customer Support Executive Job Summary / Overview: We are recruiting candidates with experience in E-Mail and Chat/ Voice. Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and concerns via email and Chat with a keen focus on effective communication. Your primary goal will be to ensure prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to all incoming emails while maintaining ambitious standards of customer satisfaction. Technical Competence: Proficiency in Email and chat with Computer Literacy. Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute (wpm) with high accuracy. Preferred candidate profile: Handle queries and problems of the customers. Location - Chennai- Ambattur Work Mode - From Office Good Email and Chat Etiquette. Only Graduates. Experienced candidates must have minimum 1 Year of experience in Non Voice process with valid documents i.e., offer letter, relieving/experience letter and last three months' salary slip. Handling Email and Live Chat would be added advantage 6 days work, Rotational Shift Day- Rotational Shift -Duration of 9 hours including 1 hour break..
