Job description We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 0-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Mutual Funds. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored investment solutions. Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify client requirements and offer personalized advice on mutual fund investments. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of trades and settlement processes. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes to remain competitive and compliant. Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other channels. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of mutual funds products, including their features, benefits, and risks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently. Proficiency in using technology-based tools and platforms for managing client portfolios. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market data and make informed decisions. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
