Job description We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Mutual Funds. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored investment solutions. Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify client requirements and offer personalized advice on mutual fund investments. Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes affecting mutual funds. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues professionally. Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals to expand the existing client base. Stay current with industry developments and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge. Job Requirements Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in the BFSI industry, preferably with a focus on Mutual Funds. Strong knowledge of financial markets, products, and regulations governing mutual funds. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Proficiency in using technology and software applications to manage client relationships and track market trends. Strong analytical and decision-making skills to provide sound investment advice.
