Relationship Manager - Merchant OD

Job description We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Merchant OD. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants to increase business opportunities. Identify and acquire new merchant clients to expand the bank's customer base. Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve overall performance. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the bank's revenue. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry, particularly in Merchant OD. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams is an advantage. Familiarity with financial products and services is beneficial.
