Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Job Requirements Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar role in the BFSI industry. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong customer relationships. Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective business strategies. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with attention to detail. Experience in managing budgets and resources to achieve business objectives.
