Job description We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Job Requirements Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry and its regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience working with financial products and services is an added advantage.
