Job description We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Job Requirements Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong understanding of financial products and services, including small finance banking. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
