Relationship Manager - Merchant OD

Job description We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Merchant OD. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants to increase business opportunities. Identify and acquire new clients to expand the bank's customer base. Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry. Build and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry, particularly in Merchant OD. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Familiarity with financial products and services is an added advantage.
