Job description We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Area Credit Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-15 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee credit operations within the bank. Develop and implement effective credit policies and procedures. Conduct thorough credit risk assessments and provide recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Monitor and analyze credit portfolio performance metrics. Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of credit underwriting, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in credit software and systems. Experience in managing and analyzing large datasets. Educational qualifications: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
