Relationship Manager - Merchant OD

Job description We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Merchant OD. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants to increase business opportunities. Identify new business prospects and expand existing customer relationships. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry. Job Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in Merchant OD. Strong knowledge of the BFSI sector and its regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an advantage.
