Job description We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in relationship management. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through effective sales strategies. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and resolve client issues. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry to leverage for business opportunities. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in relationship management or a related field. Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry and its regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an advantage.
