Job description Looking for a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Mutual Funds. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored investment solutions. Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify client requirements and offer personalized advice on mutual fund investments. Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes affecting mutual funds. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues professionally. Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals to expand the existing client base. Stay current with industry developments and competitor activity to remain competitive. Job Requirements Proven experience in relationship management within the BFSI sector, preferably in mutual funds. Strong knowledge of financial products, including mutual funds, and their applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong client relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to analyze market trends and make informed decisions. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.
