Job Requirements Any graduate degree from a recognized university. Proven experience in telecalling or customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficient in using computer software and technology.
