Relationship Manager - Retail Mortgages

Job description We are looking for a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team in the retail mortgages sector. The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience and be based in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. Roles and Responsibility Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends. Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients. Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet or exceed monthly targets. Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve client queries and concerns. Job Requirements Minimum 7 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the BFSI sector. Strong knowledge of retail mortgages and related products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with EQU/RM-RM/1337872 is an added advantage.
