Job description Research and identify potential customers through various sources, including databases, social media, and referrals. Cold call or reach out to leads through email, phone calls, and networking to generate interest and establish connections. Develop a deep understanding of the products or services being offered. Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition to potential customers. Prepare Presentations as per customer domain Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to identify their pain points and requirements. Propose customized solutions that address customer challenges. Set and meet or exceed sales targets and quotas as established by the sales manager. Develop strategies to consistently meet or surpass goals. Prepare accurate and tailored sales proposals and quotations for potential clients. Ensure that proposals address customer needs and align with their requirements. Manage and track sales leads and opportunities in a CRM system. Regularly update the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasts and timely follow-ups. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers. Maintain regular communication with clients to address any concerns, gather feedback, and offer ongoing support. Follow-up on payment wherever relevant for the complete closure of the project Provide regular sales reports, performance analysis, and updates to sales managers.
