Job description Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Financial Reporting: Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records. Preparation and finalization of accounts for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting. Oversee preparation of monthly MIS reports to provide insights into financial performance. Maintain and reconcile general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance. GST, TDS & TCS Compliance: Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and TCS regulations. Regularly update the GST ledger. Handle reconciliation of GST and TDS accounts, managing any discrepancies or issues. Taxation & Statutory Compliance: Assist with tax planning and filing of tax returns, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements. Manage and verify tax-related documents and reports to ensure timely and accurate submissions. Tally & Excel Management: Maintain and manage accounting on Tally software for all transactions. Create and manage financial spreadsheets using Excel for detailed data analysis. Audit & Finalization of Accounts: Assist with internal and external audits. Finalize the accounts for the financial year in collaboration with senior management. Preferred candidate profile Skills & Expertise: Proficient in Tally software and advanced Excel skills. Strong understanding of GST, TDS, TCS, and accounting procedures. Experience in monthly MIS reporting and finalization of accounts. In-depth knowledge of taxation, statutory compliance, and related laws. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
