A competent site management professional accountable for managing the scope, schedule and budget of the assigned site(s). Site Manager is accountable for managing the interface with all key stakeholders both internally and externally during the site, especially focusing on continuous, proactive collaboration with the customer. He/she plans, directs and coordinates the site activities to ensure that site objectives are accomplished within the agreed schedule and budget, using approved KONE methodologies and tools. His/her primary objectives are customer satisfaction and KONE profitability. What will you be doing? Accountable for completing the site safely, on time and within budget Accountable for effective collaboration and communication with and between stakeholders Accountable for site cost control Responsible for site hand over: Accountable for creating the site plan and executing the site Responsible for full chain scheduling in KONE (sharing the plan) Responsible for getting stakeholder approvals where required Controls the material and inventory and takes care of the claim analysis Performs subcontractor qualification, evaluation and selection Negotiates sub-contractor scope, terms and rates, instigates purchase orders and certifies bills Responsible for the site safety plan, quality plan, labour plan and logistics plan. Responsible for site methodology and execution. Responsible for the sites financial result. Responsible for Site Start Up meeting. Responsible for monthly site reviews, site audits, handovers and final closure. Secures and retains appropriate talent for site execution Identifying and facilitating site related change management activities Leads the multifunctional site team and manages performance Communicates site goals, gives feedback on the performance and coaches. Creates and maintains safety and security awareness amongst employees and sub-contractors. Ensures Companys safety and security policies What do we offer?
