Job description Department: Design Designation :Assistant Manager- Design & Development Location: Thane Job Purpose: Execute high-quality, cohesive print design deliverables that are customer-focused, thoughtful, and brand appropriate Key Responsibilities: Designing prints, Pattern, Design Cad, Graphics, preparing print designs, color palettes, stories and mood boards for upcoming collections Responsible to prepare collection and display themes keeping in mind the seasons requirement and look of the seasons quality Responsible to decide on themes board, stories board, mood board, color board, style board, texture board, fabric board for the forthcoming season based on which the designs are made in CAD form, Designing Textile Prints with repeats, Color Separation for screen development process Designing graphics on CAD using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Corel draw Responsible to research design and sample development according to upcoming trends and forecast, Responsible to arrange a visual presentation of new designs for our clients, Create creative concept board & color pallet for new seasons, Supervise designing and sampling part (New Product Development), and making mock samples. Making the specification sheet according to the product design which helpful for production, Partner closely with design and brand leads to identify artwork needs each season by brand and plan for execution. Accountable for process improvement, growing business, and seeking opportunities to positively affect the DesignTrend research, analysis, mood board creation Market research & implementation Concept creation for SPACES & W Getting CADs made with multiple revisions to make it print feasible Managinfg multiple vendors for CAD making Vendor visits for strike off approval Ideation and execution of displays at events as and when required Coordinating for events with other departments Key Interactions: Internal: Plant, Category, Marketing, HR,IT, E-commerce External: Agencies.
