Job description Key Responsibilities Requirement Analysis & Collaboration Understand business/customer requirements thoroughly. Ensure clear communication between business and technical teams. Test Planning & Documentation Develop test strategies and cases tailored to client-specific needs. Maintain thorough documentation for end-to-end testing coverage. Review and provide feedback on technical and business documentation. Manual & Automated Testing Execute manual tests for web and mobile platforms. Report defects, collaborate with development teams, and ensure closure. Create and run automated regression test suites for each release. Defect Tracking & Reporting Track and resolve defects, ensuring timely updates to management. Provide daily status reports and feedback for process improvements. Project Management Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. Adhere to defined timelines for task completion. Continuous Improvement Stay updated on new testing tools and technologies. Suggest system improvements to enhance product quality. Automation & Efficiency Write and run automation scripts for regression tests. Optimize automation frameworks with the technical team. Expected Skills & Competencies Testing Expertise: Strong manual and automated testing skills on web and mobile platforms. Technical Skills: Knowledge of Test Cases, SDLC, Agile, and automation frameworks. Documentation: Excellent attention to detail and clarity in documentation. Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Industry Knowledge: Experience in logistics and supply chain is a plus. Continuous Learning: A proactive attitude towards learning and improvement.
