Planning Engineer- Pune (Undri)

Job description Planning Engineer location: Pune (Undri) NOTE: Qualification: BE/ME/NICMAR Prepare project schedules using tools such as MS Project or Primavera (P6), develop detailed construction programs and monitor progress against baseline. Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely execution of works. Identify delays and provide mitigation plans. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports. Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on drawings and specifications. Estimate material, manpower, and cost requirements for budgeting. Evaluate subcontractor bills, material reconciliation, and site measurements. Assist in tendering, rate analysis, and procurement support. Maintain and track variation/change orders and claims documentation. Prepare and verify RA bills and final bills. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of construction drawings, contracts, and technical specifications. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera, and quantity estimation software. Ability to manage cost control systems and budget forecasting. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Familiarity with local construction codes, regulations, and high-rise project methodologies. Qualification: BE/ME/NICMAR preferred.
