Sales & Marketing Executive

Job description Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of experience . The role offers fixed salary, salary + commission, and a unique dual commission structure to reward ongoing client relationships. Dual Commission Structure at Cyberinfoga First Commission: Earn a percentage of the project value when you bring in a new client. Second Commission: If the same client returns with another project (even not through you), you still earn a smaller commission. Example: Project 1: You bring Client ABC ? You earn 10% commission. Project 2: Client ABC returns via someone else ? You earn 2.5% commission. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage potential clients needing Cyber Security and IT services. Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to attract clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business. Present and promote services through various channels. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets. Collaborate with technical teams for smooth project execution. Represent the company in networking events and conferences. Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing. Experience in Cyber Security or IT services preferred. Knowledge of: Mobile Device & Email Forensics Disk Imaging & Digital Media Analysis Web & App Development Digital Marketing & Design Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet sales targets and build market presence. Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Self-motivated and adaptable to market trends.
