Job Description: Digital Collection Specialist Location: Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai Experience: Minimum 2 years in digital collections or digital marketing for financial services Education: Graduate in any discipline Technical Skills: Experience in digital communication tools, CRM systems, and performance marketing tools Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital Debt Collection: Manage digital outreach campaigns for pre-due and overdue loan customers using SMS, WhatsApp, email, IVR, and in-app notifications. Create and execute targeted strategies to recover delinquent loans through digital channels. 2. Performance Campaign Management: Use performance marketing tools to drive repayment behavior, including automated triggers and reminders. Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize them for better results. 3. Technology and Tools: Work with CRM systems to segment customer data and create customized communication plans. Leverage conversational bots and AI-based tools for automated follow-ups and customer interaction. 4. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze customer behavior and repayment trends to improve communication strategies. Generate regular performance reports, including recovery rates, click-through rates, and engagement levels. 5. Collaboration: Coordinate with the legal, field recovery, and compliance teams for specific customer cases. Work closely with the marketing and tech teams to enhance digital collection processes. 6. Compliance and Customer Engagement: Ensure all digital communication adheres to regulatory guidelines and company policies. Maintain a customer-centric approach while maximizing recovery efforts. 7. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest tools and trends in digital debt collection. Propose and implement new strategies to enhance the efficiency of digital collection efforts. Key Skills and Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2 years in digital collections, performance marketing, or related roles in financial services. Education: Graduate in any discipline. Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools for SMS/WhatsApp campaigns, IVR systems, and in-app notifications. Familiarity with CRM platforms and basic Excel skills for data analysis. Experience with conversational bots and automation tools is a plus. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
