Job description BeyonData Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Odoo Functional Consultant. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in analyzing business processes, configuring Odoo modules, training end-users, and providing support during and after deployment. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into effective Odoo solutions. Key Responsibilities: Gather and Analyse business requirements and map them to Odoo functionalities. Customize and configure Odoo modules including but not limited to Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Purchase, HR, and Manufacturing. Conduct gap analysis and propose best-fit solutions using Odoo s capabilities. Participate in full-cycle implementation projects: requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and support. Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments or integrations. Create user documentation and deliver functional training to clients and internal teams. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented systems. Test new Odoo features and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or Business Analyst with Odoo ERP. Strong knowledge of core Odoo modules. Proven experience in business process analysis and ERP implementation. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications. Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum is a plus).
